Get your website ready for paid ads
Give campaign visitors a relevant page, a clear action and a dependable enquiry journey.
Match the page to the campaign
A person who clicks an advertisement expects to find the offer that caught their attention. Send them to a relevant page and keep the language consistent between the ad and the website. If the campaign is about a specific service, explain that service directly. A broad homepage can make the visitor work too hard to find the reason they clicked.
Make the offer understandable
Explain who the service is for, what is included and what the next step involves. Be specific without filling the page with technical terms. A clear headline, useful details and appropriate proof help a visitor decide whether to contact you. Keep claims accurate and avoid creating urgency, discounts or promises that the business cannot honour.
Check the experience on a phone
Campaign traffic may arrive while someone is using a phone, so review the page at a small width. Check that the text is readable, the primary button is easy to reach and the contact form works without zooming. Reduce unnecessarily large images and decorative effects. Keep the important information available without requiring the visitor to wait for a long animation.
Test the enquiry path properly
A form needs to do more than display a thank-you message. Confirm that the message reaches the intended destination and that the team knows how to respond. Test the phone number, email address, WhatsApp link and booking route if you use them. Make error states clear so a customer understands when a message has not been sent.
Define what you want to measure
Choose the actions that matter to the campaign, such as a valid enquiry or a completed booking. Configure measurement using the relevant platform tools and applicable consent settings. Review what is actually recorded before spending heavily. A button click, a submitted form and a qualified sales conversation are different events and should not be treated as the same business result.
Connect marketing with the response process
Decide who owns incoming enquiries and what information they need for the first conversation. Keep notes on lead quality as well as enquiry volume. Campaign improvement depends on the advertisement, the landing page and what happens after someone responds. Review these together so the next change addresses the part of the journey that needs attention.
